A a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu durante patrulhamento de rotina.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais detectaram que a ave estava anilhada com identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Centro de Triagem e Reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o de Animais Silvestres (CETAS). Segundo os agentes, o animal j\u00e1 havia passado por readapta\u00e7\u00e3o e retorno \u00e0 natureza antes de ser capturado pela segunda vez.<\/p>\n<p>O respons\u00e1vel pelo cativeiro foi autuado por crime ambiental. Um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO) foi lavrado com base na Lei n\u00b0 9.605\/98.<\/p>\n<p>O animal e a gaiola foram encaminhados ao CETAS para os cuidados necess\u00e1rios e nova tentativa de reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o ao habitat natural.
