O valor geral de venda (VGV) estimado \u00e9 de <strong>R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o<\/strong>, conforme revelou o presidente Silvio Ernesto Zarzur em teleconfer\u00eancia. Apesar das parcerias, a empresa busca retomar lan\u00e7amentos independentes no programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida (MCMV). O diretor financeiro, Emilio Fugazza, destacou que a EZTec repassa integralmente as unidades \u00e0 Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal, o que impacta a velocidade de vendas.<\/p>\n<p>A incorporadora tamb\u00e9m planeja novos lan\u00e7amentos na regi\u00e3o metropolitana de S\u00e3o Paulo, especialmente em Osasco. A negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de um terreno de <strong>112 mil metros quadrados<\/strong> na Marginal Pinheiros est\u00e1 em fase final, com um projeto que pode gerar um VGV superior a <strong>R$ 3 bilh\u00f5es<\/strong>. A EZTec encerrou 2024 com um lucro l\u00edquido de <strong>R$ 404,6 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>, um aumento de <strong>69%<\/strong> em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior, e suas a\u00e7\u00f5es subiram <strong>13%<\/strong> ap\u00f3s a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados financeiros da EZTec mostram um Ebit de <strong>R$ 106,1 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> no quarto trimestre, com crescimento de <strong>50,5%<\/strong>. A receita l\u00edquida totalizou <strong>R$ 1,560 bilh\u00e3o<\/strong> em 2024, um recorde para a companhia. A melhora nos resultados \u00e9 atribu\u00edda ao aumento nas vendas de im\u00f3veis, especialmente de estoques prontos, que resultaram em uma margem bruta de <strong>37,5%<\/strong> no quarto trimestre, alta de <strong>4,2 pontos percentuais<\/strong> em um ano.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa tamb\u00e9m reportou uma queima de caixa de <strong>R$ 185,4 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> no quarto trimestre, impulsionada pelo pagamento de um dividendo extraordin\u00e1rio de <strong>R$ 150 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>. A d\u00edvida l\u00edquida subiu para <strong>R$ 365,9 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>, um aumento de <strong>102,7%<\/strong> em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao trimestre anterior.
